Manner of Selection

- We have primary responsibility to provide our clients with competent, efficient and well-disciplined personnel. To achieve this end, we have adopted a system of selection by going beyond the usual process of personal interview of applicants. We conduct thorough background checking of the applicants who are later subjected to psychological stress, medical and trade tests.

- Filipino workers have a distinct advantage not only in technical capability but also in proficiency in the English language. They can easily adapt to foreign cultures and environment.

- Depending on your manpower requirements, our company will source out candidates as per job specifications. Resumes of candidates will be dispatched by courier or by email. Your company will shortlist the candidates and you may conduct personal interviews or authorize our company to finalize hiring according to your detailed instructions.
