Capt. ROMMEL T. GACUTAN – President and and General Manager of Japan Maruko International Corporation, he brings more than 20 years of international experience in the manning business, 10 years of which is as Master Mariner in the Merchant Marine. Capt Gacutan has commanded various types and sizes of Oil tanker ships, plying the world’s oceans. In 2005, Capt Gacutan gave up his seafaring career and established Global Gateway Crewing Services, employing Filipino seafarers to Greek ship owners. Capt Gacutan is a graduate of the prestigious maritime school, the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy.

LYNNIE ANN TORCULAS – As Vice President. She was instrumental in incorporating the company. Being a talent herself employed in Japan, Lynnie as she is fondly called returned to the Philippines and together with her family members and two Japanese Nationals, Japan Maruko International Corporation was organized. Lynnie is a naturally shy person but inside she is a tough lady. With hard work and dedication, she guided the company to grow and employ Filipino artists for Japan. Eventually the Company was developed to deploy Skilled and Unskilled workers when the demand for Filipino entertainers in Japan ended.

Dr. MARILOU C. GACUTAN MD – As a Administrative Manager and a medical doctor by training, her extensive management and organizational skills and focus for details ensures the efficient day-to-day operations of the company. Dr. Marilou is a graduate of the University of the Philippines, where she earned her BS Pre-Med. She then went to Lyceum Northwestern University where she earned her Doctorate in Medicine. Dr. Marilou is also the Board Treasurer of her family business, the ESC Manufacturing Corporation and a Board Member of the WMM Realty, also a family business.

Dr. Mohammad Iqneibi – Director/Partner. A Jordanian citizen. Share-holder of several companies in Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Tunis, Libya, Sudan, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong-Kong, Korea, Austria, Canada and U.S.A. Holder of PHD Degree in Micro-Biology from Iraq & German Universities. Responsible for our company’s international markets particularly Middle East Countries.
