Was incorporated in the Philippines on December 11, 1998, and duly licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) with License No. POEA-049-LB-030507-R to deploy Filipino Overseas Performing Artists for overseas employment in Japan, with its main office at Unit 3 & 4, ESC Building, 153 San Francisco St., Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Owned and managed by Capt. Rommel T. Gacutan. It is an active member of the Philippine Association of Service Exporters Inc. (PASEI) an elite organization of reliable and reputable manpower recruitment agencies.

Through the years, JAPAN MARUKO has grown to a large and highly respected agency for deploying Filipino Overseas Performing Artist. With its experienced and competent personnel Japan Maruko had moved to engaged as manpower supplier for unskilled and skilled workers.
